What happen to the inert into current drawing ?????

If this is what you are looking for, then open or save a model, then right click on any file in the Data Panel and chose the command.  If you are looking for something else, please define what you are looking for better.  Remember, a model is in the 3D environment and a drawing is in the 2D environment.

I tried a couple other models it works on them Why would one file not work
both file have their own names.

I am in the 3D model of the box design I go to the data panel after saving
it to pull the 3D model of logo into the box design there does not have the
option to insert in current design . If I pull up the logo to work on .save
it go to the data panel it has the option to insert into current design (
same file into its self ) so not sure what is going on

It is unclear what you are doing.  Create a video of your process to help explain what you need.

I went home and did what I needed to do on my laptop. not sure what happened
but it worked fine there . then came in this morning and it up dated to the
new version of the file. have no idea why it did that .
