Hye Guys! Needs some help been trying to update then tried to reinstall fusion360 and keep having issues. Please advise, thanks!

@nhartman5RT96 Can you please try the below? 

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
3. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again? (make sure that 360 is not found in the installer name)
4. Now install again

@juergen.belle Are you still facing this issue? After closing Fusion and making sure that it is not running task manager , can you also restart your machine?

@juergen.belle Do you have this folder in this location? 

Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\

Can you please also do the below? 

1. Close Fusion
2. DELETE the Fusion shortcut that you use to launch the product
2. Go to add/remove programs 
3. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY
4. This will launch the service utility
5. Run the repair Fusion

Now launch Fusion. Does that help?

This is terrible advice!  Do NOT do this. I deleted the folder as suggested and now I can't modify or uninstall the program at all.

@jfgass83 Not sure what errors you are facing but after deleting that folder, delete the short cut that you use to launch Fusion. Now simply reinstall using the installer and that should get you back.
