Is there a way to multiply all given dimensions in a drawing by a given factor?

Scale for sketches and bodies, for 2d drawings, I don't think so.

You have to work with the model then. In drawing you  can only change shapes by scaling factor in there. But, that doesn't affect the real dimension. So, as previous post says, you need to use scale command in the model then come back to drawing.
