Inconsistant behavior of 'Get All Latest' in files with 'Insterd derives'

My project is set up with parameters.
To that end I am making a Parent file that has it's Favorite Parameters derived from it's Children.

But not all children are created equally...
My experiance is as I describe:
IF a Child has derived parameters from the Parent, IF the Child has got a body (as suppose to only sketches) AND I CRUD parameters in the Parent AND save the Parent file - Then inside of the Child I will see the 'derive' in the timeline show a Yellow Warning Triangle AND I will have a new icon "Get All Latest" that will update everything I derived as intended without and Issue.
... But not all children are created equaly...
IF a Child has derived parameters from the Parent, IF the Child has NOT gotten a body (but only sketches) AND I CRUD parameters in the Parent AND save the Parent file - Then inside of the Child I will see the 'derive' in the timeline show a Yellow Warning Triangle BUT I won't have the icon "Get All Latest".
IF I then close Fusion360 and open it again, open the **** outcast Child file then *sometimes* the "Get All Latest" will be present.
I cannot fathom what kind of code makes conditions for updating relationship in OOP relate to specefic content in a file, and I URGE you to solve this.
My workaround is to create a dummy body in the Parent and inpregnate every child file with this incestrious sphere I ironically titled "meme".

I am avaliable for clarifications.
My ambitions for creating production grade projects with Fusion360 are great.
Let's get this solved.

Upon using it more I realize that as a cloud baset service, the WAIT time for a parent file to be saved is longer than previously anticipated and that I now am not experaincing as big of an issue with this - merely very slow response before I am promted to update and only after closing and reopening a child.
Can't I delete my post?
