Impossible to reinstall Fusion 360

Hello.

I think my problem is in the title. Today I closed Fusion 360 while the application was deleting some files (you know, the ten files you can save, not the ones you export) because it was lagging, and since then I can't start it. I try to fix it but it says:
Unable to write Fusion 360 files to your computer. (I translated this message from French cause I'm french, so the translation may be inaccurate).

So I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but same error. Can anyone help me?

Your log file indicated that the installation routine does not have adequate permissions to the AppData folder, or one of it's sub-folders required to complete the installation. The Windows user "Elio" needs to add permissions for the installation to succeed.

If you right click on the AppData folder, you can check your permissions.

Well, problem... I have all the permissions exept for "Special Autorisation".

It's in french, so here is what's it's written:

Total Control

Modification

Reading and execution

Show the content of the folder

Riding

Writing

Special autorisation

Do you have the permissions assigned to propagate to all sub-folders as well?  Regardless of what you see, the installation routine is not seeing the permissions it needs to these folders.  Also, when you install do you right click on the installer and choose "Run as Administrator"?  Another thing that you should do is to disable any Anti-Virus application during installation and I also would disable UAC (User Access Control) during installation.
