Imported EPLAN STP File Missing Component Details

I searched the forum before posting. I apologize for my newness to 3D modeling; I have an automation/electrical background.

I have exported a STEP file for a control panel designed in EPLAN (CAE software for electrical schematics/panel building). When I import this file into Fusion 360, so that I can create a general arrangement for the customer, features such as push-buttons, are not being displayed and are instead simply a rectangle. Please see attached screenshot.

Does this mean there has been a loss of information in the conversion to STEP or is this a limited view being displayed due to performance reasons?

If this is a limited view, will the full featured object be visible when I use Fusion 360's online viewer so the customer can review the arrangement?

Thank you.

The issue was that we had not selected the proper settings in EPLAN when exporting STEP file. Once we fixed issues on our end, import into Fusion 360 was correct.
