Im not able to open colleagues files due to diferrent update versions

Hi ,  Ive not been able to open files from other designers at my company and its getting pretty frustrating. I get this error message (see attached). Im working online, Ive turned off and restarted fusion countless times but still get this error message. Im working from a mac (m1) and my colleagues are windows based. Can anyone help me?  Cheers

@BennPari Can you confirm what version is your colleagues are on?

1. On Mac, go to Launchpad - launch Fusion 360 service utility - Do a repair of Fusion 360 - this should take you to 2.0.16009 which is our latest

2. If on the windows machine they are not on the same build, then please ask them to do the following:

1. Delete the Fusion 360 short cut they are using (very important)
2. Go to add/remove programs - select Autodesk Fusion 360 - select change/modify
3. This will launch the Fusion 360 service utility 
4. Run the repair Fusion 360 - This will get them to the same version.
