I was charged 2 times for 3 year license.

I know it is off topic but I am need help with my payment. As the topic already says I was charged for my same order number 2 times both on 20th October and 28th October... I have already created a Ticked tried to contact live support agents but none were available. As for security measures I have already canceled my credit card and filled a form to my bank that this 2nd payment was not authorized by me.
Has anyone else had any issue like mine this has ruined my day...
