Are all sketches fully defined?

Are any sketches fully defined?

What is Body4?

Are there any unresolved issues highlighted in the Timeline?

What is the purpose of Extrude1?

What is the purpose of Extrude2?

(Couldn't everything up to EdgeFlange5 be more easily done with one Flange?

Why is there a boundary between EdgeFlange7 and Face9?

Could it be because sketches are not fully defined?

Why would Delete be used to remove Fillets?

Start a new part file.

Create the sketch as shown.  (Note the position of the Origin Center Point.)

Note the two "strange" dimensions (these came directly from your model).

Change them to logical dimensions.

File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here for next step.

Nooooooo...

Did you watch the video?

Where are your dimensions?

How does your sketch look like the sketch in my image attached previously?

What color are your lines?

Where is you Origin Center Point (0)?

How did you miss all of this?

Note that the Timeline will be much more simple.

I posted the latest version of the model with rounded dimensions. Could you take the sketch directly from there? I'm not very familiar with Fusion and I can't do what you did on video.

That's OK, we can take this line-by-line.

Follow these instructions to create the first line.
