I've lost ALL my data.

Up until mid December I was using a Startup licence  for the design work I do for the UK charity called Remap (www.remap.org.uk). When the licence expired in December Fusion became Read-Only, but all my models etc were still visible. After a lot of hassle, Remap HO eventually managed to get a donation licence from Charity Digital and I was able to use my original login details to start using it on 6th February. All seemed well until I discovered that none of my models etc were visible - the new licence is totally empty!

How can I get all my work back?

Are you 100% sure you've used the same login info as before? Can you see the files if you view your hub in a browser?

Also do you have more than one hub from the Team Hub dropdown?

Wow! I'm impressed. I've never knowingly used that part of Fusion before. I clicked the down-arrow and selected my name - and all my data appeared. Thank you so much, I'm truly grateful to you.

Not sure what this message is about as you've got it working but the picture does show you have 2 hubs, a team hub called The ME Team and also one old hub using single User Storage in your name. I'd guess you never used the team hub but after getting the new licence Fusion just defaulted to the team hub.

I'm sure you're right. I never saw the need for a hub so never investigated it.
