I used "form->pipes" a few months ago to generate organic structures. Now the same feature generates errors, and a plugin proposes the same thing for $600/year.

I paid for the product, and you guys mess it up and give some ****.

 

It's a joke?

This is a confirmed bug see this thread. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

I am a robotic engineer and software developer. Please don't joke with me. The functionality has not been working for two weeks..?
I understand that the paid plugin works fine...? Can we check the repository and commits?

It's not "hello world" but a program for a lot of money. We pay to keep it running non-stop.

Can you imagine your bank saying for 2 weeks: "Sorry, you can't make a transfer because we have an error, and we are working on it"

Thread names on the last 20 pages here:
"Slow", "Lost data", "cannot log in", "saving problem", "crash", "freeze", "glitch", "I can't draw (in a drawing program)".

Someone had a problem with drawing a circle in the program (that's the name of the topic)

Google app store 2,7 stars out of 5

This program no longer meets basic functions.

 

Features disappear from the menu or change their place or stop working, and in these places buttons with the inscription "pay" magically appear. 

I paid $1,500 to have a "paint" only worse after half a year, which I can't log in to, full of glitches and "pay" buttons...?

This is very aggressive behaviour towards customers.

I am not victimized as I don't experience the behavior's you describe.

Bugs are just that. Bugs. Sometimes it takes time to fix them. Sometimes that takes too long.

 

If you don't like the software, then cancel the subscription. It's easy enough to do.
