I paid for a subscription but the program is no more functional than it was

I was using the trial version and then paid the subscription. the program doesn't seem to recognize that. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. When I try to export (I'm trying to convert from stl to dxf) it tells me I need to subscribe to do this
