"Fusion is unable to open updated _file_name_ . It may have not been synced correctly. Make Sure everything iss saved, restart Fusion and try again. If still doesn't work, check with toubleshooting link or grab the log file and contact us through help and Support forum." 
This is the message an getting when trying to open a file made by my team mate in a shared project directory.

I have also attached my log file for a review.

Logs shows you are on  2.0.18441 that is much older likely than the file was saved in. Moving to the newest build (both accounts) will resolve this problem.

I tried uninstalling my Fusion 360 and re installing it since mine is using a previous version but now there is a Problem Installing it. Can you please take a look at the log and let me know if any solution is possible. Thank you again

Please try below steps to install Fusion. 
1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder) 
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again
