Could someone please help me turn this form into a 3d printable file without changing the body too much. I'm stuck trying to change the body and it's giving me a t-spline surface error.

Hi @christianiuliano

The details are not enough to understand the problem.

Could you please export by File>Export *.f3d/*.f3d file to your local drive and then attach it here to a reply.

and also a video/image explaining problem will help us.

Attached is the model that I manually repaired. Your original model had the following problems:

1. Some faces intersect other faces.
Recommendation: Use Edit Form in Box Display mode to move faces, edges, or vertices to avoid self-intersections.

2. Lack of topology flows.
Recommendation: Watch Topology With T-Splines In Fusion 360.

3. T-Points are right next to Star Points, causing bad surface quality.
Recommendation: Use Insert Edge or Insert Point command to position T-Points at least two faces away from a Star Point.

4. L-Points exist, causing bad surface quality.
Recommendation: Make quads (four-sided faces) to remove L-Points.

Hope this helps,
