So my first problem was that I couldn't open a file, the program told me to reinstall so I did it (My biggest mistake) when I installed the program again it show me an error that say I was missing a lot of components and I didnt know how that happen, once I click in ok I say my STUDENT ACCOUNT said that it was EXPIRED, but whenever I came here to the website it says my student account is fine and I still have a year to use it. But in the program it says expired, I opened my account the 5 Oct, just weeeks ago and Im frustrated I just uninstall and install the program and its the same thing I clear the data and still...

 I dont know why it does this, the first time I download the program it didnt have this problem, please help

It looks like the installation was not complete. Please try again.
