So I am modeling inside someone else's assembly and I am trying to build a new component in it. I have successfully created a plane, but when I try and sketch on it my lines just disappears and I can't sketch on it. And thus can't make the component. Tried to find any solutions, but could not figure out the problem.

If you rotate the view a bit do they show? I've had occasions where looking straight on at the sketch plane the lines disappear.

Hi,

1. Did you create the plane with Construction tools?

2. Create a sample file and share it.
