I got an invitation to a project but I can't join it

I clicked the link from my email, but it just leads me to a blank page. I can join other projects, but not this one for some reason? It says that I joined on their end, but I can't see it on my fusion home page

What type of Fusion 360 license are you using.  If you are using a Personal license, this is probably the reason.  If not, then I hope someone else has a clue to the reason you are having an issue.  To check your version, you can the Help (?) in the right top corner, the About in the drop-down list.  I show a screen capture of my license.
