A couple of days ago, I was granted an education license for fusion 360. Whenever I try logging in, Fusion says my license has expired. I've already tried logging out/in and I've tried reinstalling fusion. Eagle CAD does work which is weird. I don't know what to do.

Did you use the new Fusion 360 Service Utility to reinstall Fusion 360?  This is new and replaces the older method of a Clean Uninstall before a reinstall.  Also, I am not trying to be smart, you must be sure to use your Educational Autodesk ID to log into Fusion 360, the same one you used to see your new license in the screen capture.
