I frequently experience a "Not Responding" issue while using Fusion 360

I frequently experience a "unresponsive" issue while using Fusion 360, regardless of how simple my design is. I have tried the following, but none of them worked:

1. Reducing screen complexity
2. Lowering model complexity
3. Using Fusion 360's built-in repair tool

My computer configuration is: 4060ti + 12600kf. Please provide some solutions, thank you!

As soon as I do anything, it stutters for 2-3 seconds, then I click again and it goes “unresponsive”, and I usually have to wait for about 10 seconds for the program to come back to normal
