i cant see top toolbar

mi toolbar is missing. i can do anything but dont see nothing. i have windows 10 and two monitors. sorry i dont speack english. i was reinstall fusion, and format and update windows 10 profesional edition. Help please

Just curious, if you move to a single monitor does it make a difference? trying to find clues of anything that could cause this.
