I cant' modify the security of my projects from open to any other type

For reasons I don't know, many of my projets have been created as "open", a few of them as "closed".

Now I want to share some of them with others people.

But since most of them are "open", other people can see and access most of my project, which I don't want.

Within Fusion Team, I can change the security type of "closed" project to "open" or "secret", using the setting button.

But this button does not appear in the already "open" projects, thus they are stuck on "open", and I can't change it.

How can this be fixed ?

Hi @beneventeric,
Thank you for posting,
Can you try to expand the Project Details Pane, and then click on the gear icon to change the project type?

Hi @robert.filiks , thank you for answering,

I realized that most of my projects are not "open", they are "folder level" projects. The button you are showing does not appear on these projects. How can I convert my "folder level" projects to "secret" ?

Also when I create a new project, it can only be a "folder level" one, I can't choose. How can I select the project type when I create it, or at least how can I Choose a by default type which can be changed after ?

I am pretty sure you have at least one Project because you cannot create Folders unless you have a project to place them under.  In the video I will show you where to find your project(s) and from there you can follow @robert.filiks  method.  One thing that would help explain your issues is a few Screen Captures the next time you post.

By the way, in your original post your mention your project was "open",  You have to have a project if you are seeing it as a open project.

Hi @jhackney1972, thanks for your answer. There was a mistake in my original post. The problematic projects are "folder level", not "open". How can I change them to "secret" ? I attached a partial overview of my projects, and details of the "closed" ones and of the "folder level" ones. As you can see the "folder level" ones do not have the setting icon, thus i can't modify their type. Thanks in advance.

I will not be able to help you as I cannot create, what you show, is a Folder Level Project within my team. I personally have never heard of a Folder Level Project.

I did a bit of research and found out why I cannot create or see a Folder Level Project. These are only available in an Education Account. This web page talks about them. You will also see that a Folder Level Project CANNOT have its security level changed.
