I cannot for the life of me install fusion 360 onto my mac (errno 13), I have tried everything at this point

I am the admin of my computer. I have an antivirus software and have tried turning off its "walls", to no avail. I have tried turning off the firewall on my computer. The only thing I haven't tried is to decrypt my entire disc, which I am not willing to do. How else can I try to install this software
