I Cannot Delete an Extrude cut after I save

I have been working on a project for school to add ligaments to the knee but while I was doing it I made a mistake and added a hole in the knee that is not needed so when I go back to delete the extrude cut I did. It says Error: The operation could not heal the edited region of the model.

Because you're working with a mesh and I guess you have not enabled history Fusion can not untrim your model. Your only options are start again and reimport the mesh or promote an old version of the design from before you added the hole. When you've done that you might want to enable Capture History in the design so you can go back and edit.
