I cannot access fusion

I cannot access fusion

Fusion would not open this morning - I was redirected to open through an Internet Browser.  I used 2 step verification but access was denied.  I checked the Health Status of fusion and it is running as it should.  Is this a local problem?  Or something bigger?

Have you set up an authenticator app to use with 2 step verification? SMS message for authentication was retired on the 1st.

I am not so sure this is the fix because it only made things worse.   I saw in my profile where I needed to update the process- I followed along and found the code in my passwords on the iphone.  Enter the code and now I am blocked again with

Thanks for the advice,  I did contacting Autodesk support Wednesday.   its Friday, go figure they never got back.

I just noticed that you posted the original error message that prompted you to solve the issue using a link.
