I can't use arrange.

Now I can't use the feature that I made the video on and I think that is not right. Who can get me access to this feature or a fusion subscription without having to pay? I need this feature for a project I am in the middle of and cannot afford a subscription.

Arrange is in preview, and will not be available in the Personal license. You can apply for a Startup license and may be approved if you fulfill the criteria. You can learn more here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/startups

This doesn't mean that a feature being in preview necessarily excludes it from being available in the personal license. For example, Manufacturing Models are currently in Preview, and will be enabled for all licenses in the October release, including Personal.
