Log files have the extension of .log or zip.  This is only the first few lines of a complete log file, please follow the web page instructions and try again.

The update installation routine has been interrupted because the logged-in user, to the computer, lacks sufficient rights to the required folders.  I show one of many entries throughout the log file showing this.  I would make sure the logged in user has Administrator rights to the system and try again.  Remember, if you change the user permissions you must restart the computer to have them take effect.
