I can't switch licence from personal use licence to Fusion 360 for startup

I couldn't register the use of Fusion 360 as a startup the first time (I didn't understand how to fill out the forms). And I activated the license type for hobby and personal use.
After a while, I went back to https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/startups and filled in all the fields. But I still have a license type for personal use.
Please understand and help me. I need a license type for a startup.
