I've been trying to look at new files posted to some teams I'm in, but I'm unable to open these files. My Fusion 360 is on the latest version, but trying to open these files just gives me an error saying that the file may not have been synced correctly. So far, I've noticed it does this for any files created after 25 Jan 2023 that were not updated by me. This issue persists on my laptop and my desktop, which are both signed into Autodesk on the same account. Does anyone know of a possible fix for this problem? I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

@jamestylerburgess Do you know if the person that did save the file, if they are part of the Fusion 360 Insider program? Its possible that they saved the file in a newer schema with the Insider build?

@RajkumarIlanchelian this has been a problem with files from at least three different people on different teams. A colleague of mine was able to open one of the files I have been having trouble with without issue. To answer your question, though, I do not think they are part of the Insider program.

@jamestylerburgess it would be good to know what versions of Fusion 360 you are running and the person that was able to successfully open this design is working on.

Also, on their machine, if they open the file and run the text command Document.SoftwareVersion it should tell you which version of the software the file was last saved. This will give us extra clue as to what could be happening.

@RajkumarIlanchelian Sorry for the late response, it's taken me a while to confirm the version number. It seems I am running on version 2.0.14113 on my main computer and 2.0.14793 on my laptop, but others I know are running more recent versions. I do not see any prompts to download a new version or update Fusion. Is there any fix for this, or will I need to reinstall the program? Thanks!

@jamestylerburgess Not sure why your machines are not picking up the latest updates but we did an update today to 2.0.15291.

if you are on windows while launching Fusion click on CTRL+Shift (CMD+SHift for Mac) and this should launch the Fusion service utility tool Run the repair Fusion from here and that should take you to the latest Fusion release.
