Hi,

I have a Fusion 360 training license. I am having trouble accessing the projects I have created and my folders within them. Although I can see my designs from my recent data, I cannot open them when I click on my projects. But when I click on Fusion's default projects they open. Can you help me how to overcome my problem?

@mehmet_emin_g

I cannot open them when I click on my projects

Can you please provide some more details?

1. Are you seeing any errors when you attempt to open the designs?
2. Are you not able to see your designs in your projects?
3. Can you direct message me your email ID used to register Fusion so we can check for any issues on the backend?

Hi @mehmet_emin_g

Can you check if updating to latest version (if not already on it) would resolve this issue?

You can go into Help- check for update. If that does not show an update , go to Help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility and do a repair. This should take you to the newest version 2.0.18460.

Thanks,

I think the problem is with the computer I am using. When I use the same account on another computer it works fine. And yes I am using the latest version.

Hello,

I was having problems with the version before the last update, but with the update that came yesterday, my problem was solved. Thank you for the suggestion. It was an interesting error but now I can use it without any problem.

Hi @mehmet_emin_g ,

Good to hear that after the version upgrade the issue is resolved.

Is it possible to share Fusion logs for further investigations. We wanted to check what was causing the problem with the older version? Steps to get the log file
