I can't open my Fusion 360 Personal

I can't open my Fusion 360 Personal

I have a fusion 360 personal account and am an occasional user.  When I tried to log in to my account this week after entering my email and pass code I got the following windows.

I did set up the team account thinking that would let me into the program.  But it did not.  The windows indicate that my account is expired but as shown in the next image, my account is active until 2024.

I'm running the latest version Windows 10 and have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled Fusion 360 with no luck.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

1. Even with an expired Personal subscription, you should be able to log in and use Fusion 360 (with limitations that come with an expired subscription). What happens when you click on the cross (top right of your first image)?

2. In your Autodesk account page image, I see there are two rows about Fusion 360 Personal License, can you share what does it mentions in the second row? Also, are you sure that the license of Nov 2024 is assigned to the correct user/email id (the one that you are using to log in in the first image)?

1. When I click on the X in the upper right corner, it just closes the window and nothing happens.

2. The second row says the exact same thing as the first row.  The license  for Nov 2024 is assigned to my email and password.  That is why it shows up on the list of my Products and Services.

The solution turned out to be very simple.  Over the last several days I have read and tried to use many bits of advice from the support system within Autodesk.  One of those was to reboot my internet router. Until just now, I had not done that.  I rebooted the router and all is working correctly.
