I can't get to fully featured hubs.
1. I had to create a new account to post on the forum because when I log in to my account I experience endless reloading on any forum page, in any browser and device I log in on
2. When trying to go to fully featured hubs I get the error “Server encountered an unexpected error”. in a window that appears for a second and disappears after clicking on a message from the notification center. When trying to follow the instructions from “I'd like to upgrade but missed the notification. How can I upgrade?“ https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Single-Storage-is-... I also get ‘’Server encountered an unexpected error”.” when going to the web client as stated in the first paragraph of the instructions.
How can I fix these two problems? I assume this is an error on your part

@c5c77b6 For the hub situation lets start with this.
1. using your original account can you login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login successfully?
2. If you can in then in the top right where you have your profile, what hub is listed as the default? Please share a screen shot of that.
