The title says it all. I got the Fusion 360 app on my iPhone and it can see my recently edited files and view them but I can only see the Admin Project, Assets and Default Project files on the app. How do I find my other projects?

Hi @24murray

First, make sure that the data is not stored in another Team Hub.

If the files still cannot be seen, follow the steps below:

  1. Close Fusion 360.
  2. Log in to your Fusion 360 Cloud Storage with your Autodesk Account to confirm that the projects are available.
  3. Follow the steps from the article How to remove the LoginState.xml file for Fusion 360 to reset the login information.
  4. Log in to Fusion 360.

Thanks & Regards

Thanks for responding. I am not talking about fusion 360 it’s self, however this is helpful to note if i have any issues with it. I’m talking about an iPhone app i have that is supposed to let me view the 3d files. It’s called fusion 360 also and has access to my cloud storage, but for some reason does not show my project folders i have made. Thank you again for your help.

Hi @24murray
Thank you for your response.
You may try following to resolve the issue

1. Update the Fusion 360 ios app to the latest version.

2. Sign out and sign in from the mobile app with a registered email id.

3. Click on the top left 3 bars and click on the drop-down arrow.

4. Choose the respective team and check for the projects.

5. If it's still not available, please reinstall the mobile app.

Hi @24murray
The latest version of the Fusion 360 ios app is v2.5.0.1. To view this click on the settings in the app.
Could you please check if the phone has a minimum requirement to run the Fusion 360 app?

1. You can check your project type in the web (project > right hand flyer > Project type)

abhinav_singh_0-1653887598287.png

2. Folder Level (FL) projects can't be transformed to Open/Close/Secret type. It is slated to be the next gen Project type to which all other Project types will eventually be converted. There are many limitations to FL projects as of now, that is the reason why it has only been released to a the Education license holders on a pilot basis. FL Project is the default project type via Fusion360 desktop app for EDU users (I believe you too are an EDU user) but you can create Open/Close/Secret type of project via Fusion Team web browser.

3. Since you seem to be part of only one team hub, that is the reason you don't see the 'Switch Team' option in your mobile app.
