This is a long shot but what do you have to loose by trying it.  First, log into your Autodesk Account using your educational account Autodesk ID.  Check to see if your Fusion 360 Educational license exists and is still active.  After you have finished this and you truly have the educational license, follow this process from this web page to the letter.  Make sure when you log into Fusion 360 you use the exact same Autodesk ID you checked your license with.
