My design always looks like this. I tried restarting my computer and Fusion360. I think I accidentally changed a setting. The skin looks fine in the drawing section (2nd image). Is there a solution to reset the settings or this problem?

More than likely you have it set to wireframe, you change it where it is highlighed below.
or just use Ctrl+6
