I can not load my model after F360 crash, and I can not promote an older version

My F360  crashed, and n ow I can´t load my model again, also I can't promote a older version, it keeps going on showing the rotating blue circle im my Data Panel, what can I do ?

Solved with the web interface, could promote an older version there 🙂
