I can install Fusion 360 under a different Windiows accont but not my administrative Windows account.

When I install Fusion 360 under my admin Windows account it freezes when I try to use it. When I install it under a different local Windows account it works fine. Can someone help with getting Fusion 360 working under my admin account?

did you do a CLEAN UNINSTALL FIRST?

I did a clean uninstall using the Autodesk clean uninstall tool. I gave it access through my AV firewall. I say that because it seems like it doesn't have internet access. It says there is no internet connection then it freezes.
