I am unable to draw a circle tangent to 3 circles

I am a beginner for fusion 360. I was trying to draw circle tangent to 3 circles but its not selecting circle for tangent. But it can select straight lines.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Fusion 360 community! I think you may want to approach this problem by applying constraints after sketching the circle - the "3-Tangent Circle" tool does only allow you to select lines when creating the circle.
