I am getting an error when trying to extrude to an object and I need help (file and screenshot attached)

I am currently learning this program to eventually use a cnc machine to make plaques and other things with designs in them I am using an addon called Image 2 Surface and I was following the video here

When I get to the part where he extrudes to the object I always get the same error which is listed in the attached files I posted as well as the file itself. 

Any help would be apreciated.

The error message tells you what is wrong.

The sketch rectangle must be smaller than or at most the same size (usually you have an anomaly on at least one edge so it is best to make the rectangle a bit smaller) as the body that you are projecting to.

Otherwise the body does not cap the extrusion.

I didn't see how close to the edge I could get - but see Attached file.
