i already have a team but when i log in it tells me to join an existing team

i tried loading up fusion 360 today and for some reason it wasnt already logged in. after logging back in, the "create a team" button was greyed out with the text "you already own "[team name]" and cant create another"  but it wont let me join my team, it only lets me join an existing team.
