I added a driven-dimension. It should be smaller than an adjacent dimension but is not.

In attached screen shot of a sketch, we have a parameter-driven z-axis dimension of 35.04.

To check related work, I added a driven-dimension which is parallel and should be less.

The driven dimension is shown as 42.129 when it should really be a couple mm less than 35.04.

Everything in the sketch is flat; entirely in the Y-Z plane.

Do I have a corrupted design?  How do I fix it?  I am getting no warnings or errors anywhere.  I am unable to recreate this problem in small examples.  Can I submit entire design for analysis?

Please attach your model.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
