HSMWorks performance rating for Fusion 360

I have the HSMWorks shortcut Icon on my computer, but it does nothing which is this is because I only have Fusion 360 legacy license.  Not sure why it is loaded on my machine except to confuse me.

I see in the Fusion threads for computer performance that HSM has a feature to "score" your computer with additional information.  I'm thinking of upgrading my computer and would like that feature.

Is there anything a Fusion user can use to get that info?

I watched the YouTube and the software is designed for Inventor, which uses multi cores unlike Fusion.  Also  his link to a dropbox for the software doesn't work.  And the program writers screen says it only works for Inventor 2014 & 2016.
