How to use two different rules in one sheet metal design?

i am unable to do this as there is one basic rule over the whole design

Since all sheet metal function calculate from the material the same sheet metal material must be used per component.  So your solution is to have multiple components in the sheet metal assembly.  You can assign different sheet metal materials as you create each component.
