Hi to all,

We sometimes hear from members of our community that they are running into performance issues with Fusion. We’ve noticed some common themes and would like to address some of the most frequently brought-up topics, along with tips for how to address them if you ever experience a performance issue firsthand.

Please follow this link to my colleague Emily Suzuki's blog post.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to start a new thread, share the model and even a screencast.

The support window has been there for quite  while and I doubt that's he reason for the  sluggish performance.

Also, the Geometric Modeling Kernels of all CAD system are mostly single core. When Fusion starts "thinking" during a modeling operation, usually that only stresses a single core.

With the latest update (as of 13NOV2024) my F360 has been running sluggishly. More specifically, when i go to rotate/orbit around the bodies/components it is not smooth but rather jumpy. This was not an issue before i updated. Please advise! Thank you

its a cloud based thing.
SADLY ever since fusion added the BING AI bot in the corner that allows M$
to take screenshots of everything and fillyour hardrive etc.. it also
seems to eat cpu and get in the way every time. .

but the lag happens when it uploads more data online and does it for
every click . .not just every save
