Hello folks,

I work in education and have a free educational account. I recently moved from one school to another and when I renewed my educational subscription last month I obviously updated my email accordingly. Unfortunately it appears that the system is treating this as a brand new account, not an update to the old one, so all my projects have disappeared.

I managed to log back in with the old email address (thank goodness) and all my projects are there, but I won't be able to work on them because as far as the system is concerned that account is 'expired'.

Is there a way to transfer my projects to my new account so I can use them once more?

Many thanks.

Tristan.

That's fantastic, you absolute life-saver! Thank you!

If the old account gets deleted by Autodesk because it is effectively redundant, will that affect the new account's access to those projects?

Thanks again! 🙂

Hi @tristan_luscombe,

If you have transferred the data to your new hub, Autodesk can delete the old one in the future if you don't use that anymore.
