How to transfer ownership of hub and projects from my personal account to my professional account?

Hi,

I want to transfer ownership of my hub and projects from my personal account to my professional account.

How can I do this? I have seen some solutions here but they don't give full ownership, only admin privileges. I would like to avoid dowloading all files one by one, as I have quite an extensive number of files and projects.

Regards,

Hi
I already have a Team hub (which I have created with my trial account using my personal email address).
Now, I have a new account, commercial one with a license under my work's email.
What I wanted to do is give full ownership to the projects on my Team hub to the email address that is associated with the license.
The account (with an associated license) is already an admin but it is not an owner. As such, certain approvals are still being redirected to my personal account (the one without a license).

The first link you have shared redirects me to the page below and I do not have any active button or possible action.

Hi, if you have not created a new fusion team hub using your work email ID, you can simply make the work email ID a Team Administrator in your existing team and then raise a support request and get the existing team's ownership changed from personal email ID to work email ID.

Side note, I'd advise you to double-check if your earlier hub is a fusion team hub (and not a single storage hub). A single storage hub's URL has "myhub.autodesk360.com" in it. If it is, then create a new fusion team hub using your work email id and transfer your projects from the single storage hub to the new team hub.
