How to smooth an animation

Hi, I am trying to create an animation showing the assembly of a product. Is there anyway to smooth camera angle transitions to make the video less jumpy?

The trick to get smooth camera transitions is to set the time line length, make sure the camera capture is on and then execute the view change. This will assign the camera to the time interval and it will be smooth. Take a look at the Screencast where I try and illustrate my process.
