How to see the "User Parameters" all the time

Just wondering.

I have a sketch with a few parameters.

Yes, they should be intuitive with their names.

But I have a bad memory.

Is there a way so I can see the list of "User defined values" all the time?

This is usually found in `MODIFY` `USER PARAMETERS`
