How to see components by Joint?

first: A Join constraints components. Not bodies. Please confirm, or correct if it's wrong.

The only one technique to choose correct joint for edit I know is to try to edit them one by only.
Mouse hover or anything else does not show what two components a particular Joint constraints.

May be you can suggest something more convenient?!
Thank you.

To add to what @g-andresen has mentioned, you can go the opposite way also.  Right click on a component, in the Browser or on the model itself, and pick "Select referencing Joints" from the context menu.  All the Joints associated with the component will be highlighted in the Joints folder at the top of the Browser.
