hello all friends I followed all the instructions for upgrading the student version. Nothing helped. I don't understand what the problem is. Is it possible that the student version is no longer available?

I think you are looking at the wrong renewal path. What you are showing is the renewal of a Fusion 360 Personal License. You mentioned you want to renew an Educational License so take a look at this web page.
Please note: the screen capture you show is for a Fusion 360 Trial Version not an Educational license.
