How to make disappear the Grid on my workspace and issue with the view after selecting the plane (e.g. XZ plane)

Hi,

Could you please let me know how can I

- Make disappear Grid workspace and have blank space in my workspace, I want just to learn it

- Based on videos after selecting your plane (e.g XZ) the workspace turn to " top view" and not in 3d, i.e. you can see 2d on your screen, but mine doesn't work like this!!

for the grid, turn off the "Layout Grid" in the grid control at the bottom:

For the sketch, make sure that "Auto look at sketch" is enabled in your Design preferences:

My Layout Grid is not active and my " Auto Look at Sketch" is on. but still as the same!

I found the problem of " Layout Grid", I needed to do it before everything then start to design.

But I am sending snap shot of " Auto Look at sketch" to have a look.

thank you, @s222290629 - a picture always helps.  Somehow, your sketch environment is set up for 3D sketching.  To turn it off, uncheck this preference in your Design preferences.  If 3D sketching is on, Fusion assumes you do not want to look at the sketch.
